How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Puppeteer Clique.
2. When Puppeteer Clique dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Melira.
3. When Puppeteer Clique enters, it triggers, putting a creature from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
4. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
5. Repeat.

This brilliant loop uses Melira, Sylvok Outcast and her passive protection to neutralize the mechanical drawback of persist, allowing Puppeteer Clique to enter the battlefield from the graveyard over and over again without ever accumulating -1/-1 counters.
