How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Persistent Constrictor.
2. When Persistent Constrictor dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a -1/-1 counter on it due to Melira.
3. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability
4. Repeat.

This infinite damage engine relies on Melira, Sylvok Outcast and her passive ability preventing creatures you control from having -1/-1 counters placed upon them. Normally, Persistent Constrictor would return from the graveyard with a counter that shuts down its own persist ability, but Melira neutralizes this drawback entirely. With the Constrictor's infinite resurrection loop secured, you can repeatedly feed it to Goblin Bombardment to sacrifice the creature at will and turn those endless death triggers into a lethal storm of damage targeting any opponent.
