How it works

1. Cast Marketback Walker either from your hand by paying 0 or from the top of your library by paying 0 life.
2. Marketback Walker enters and dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
3. Mortuary triggers, putting Marketback Walker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Marketback Walker into a zero-mana engine by exploiting its zero toughness to send it straight to the graveyard upon entry, where Mortuary immediately intercepts it to place it right back on top of your library. From there, Gwenom, Remorseless bridges the gap by letting you continuously play that same Marketback Walker from the top of your library, paying life instead of mana to sustain the cycle. Because Mortuary redirects the Walker to your library rather than letting it stay in the grave, you can repeat this process endlessly to rack up a massive storm count and trigger any enters-the-battlefield or leave-the-battlefield abilities you have waiting.
