How it works

1. Cast Casey & Raph by paying 4.
2. When Casey & Raph enters, it triggers. Choose its first mode targeting yourself.
3. Holding priority, activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Casey & Raph.
4. When Casey & Raph dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Casey & Raph onto the top of your library from your graveyard.
5. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
6. Resolve the Casey & Raph trigger from step 2, causing you to exile Casey & Raph from the top of your ability with the ability to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
7. Cast Casey & Raph from exile without paying its mana cost.
8. Repeat from step 2.
