How it works

1. Activate Isochron Scepter by paying 2 and tapping it, casting a copy of Moonmist without paying its mana cost.
2. Resolve Moonmist, transforming Ultimecia, Time Sorceress into Ultimecia, Omnipotent.
3. Ultimecia, Omnipotent triggers, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. At the beginning of your end step, Don & Leo triggers, blinking Ultimecia, Omnipotent and causing it to re-enter the battlefield as Ultimecia, Time Sorceress.
5. Whenever Ultimecia, Time Sorceress enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to surveil 2.
6. Repeat each turn.

By locking Moonmist onto Isochron Scepter, you gain a repeatable way to transform double-faced cards on demand without relying on natural triggers. This allows you to flip Ultimecia, Time Sorceress into her Ultimecia, Omnipotent side instantly, triggering *Time Compression* to secure an extra turn. From there, Don & Leo, Problem Solvers swoops in during your end step to blink Ultimecia right back to her front face, resetting the loop so that re-entering the battlefield lets you surveil 2 while preparing to transform all over again on the next cycle.
