How it works

1. Animate Spawning Pit using Xenic Poltergeist.
2. Activate Spawning Pit's second ability by removing two charge counters from it, creating two creature tokens.
3. Activate Spawning Pit's first ability twice by sacrificing the creature tokens, putting two charge counters on it.
4. Repeat from step 2.

This loop transforms your artifact engine into a self-sustaining cycle by turning Spawning Pit into an artifact creature with the help of Xenic Poltergeist. Because Ashaya, Soul of the Wild makes all your nontoken creatures into Forest lands, Blossoming Tortoise steps in with its cost-reduction ability to make activating that animated Spawning Pit's token-creation ability cheaper, while also giving it a nice stat boost. Finally, Exalted Sunborn doubles up the generated tokens so you always have enough material to feed back into the Spawning Pit to fuel its sacrifices and keep the loop running indefinitely.
