How it works

1. Activate Spawning Pit's second ability by removing two charge counters from it, creating two creature tokens.
2. Activate Spawning Pit's first ability twice by sacrificing the creature tokens, putting two charge counters on it.
3. Repeat

This crafty loop transforms Spawning Pit into an infinite engine by leveraging a cascade of passive synergies. Because Ensoul Artifact turns Spawning Pit into a creature, Ashaya, Soul of the Wild's static ability makes it a Forest land, while Blossoming Tortoise grants that land creature a vital +1/+1 boost and Bard, King of Dale doubles every token created to instantly replenish the sacrifices. You simply spend the counters to make tokens, sacrifice them back to Spawning Pit to reload the counter supply, and let Bard, King of Dale double the output to endlessly feed your death and sacrifice triggers.
