How it works

1. Cast Earth Village Ruffians by paying its mana cost
2. When Earth Village Ruffians enters, its earthbend ability triggers, causing it to earthbend itself as it is a Forest due to Ashaya.
3. Activate Yahenni by sacrificing Earth Village Ruffians
4. When Earth Village Ruffians dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
5. When Earth Village Ruffians enters, its earthbend ability triggers, causing it to earthbend itself as it is a Forest due to Ashaya.
6. Resolve the Yahenni ability.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop transforms Earth Village Ruffians into a self-sustaining engine by taking advantage of Ashaya, Soul of the Wild's passive ability, which turns all your nontoken creatures into Forest lands in addition to their other types.
