How it works

1. Cast Toph by paying its mana cost
2. When Toph enters, its earthbend ability triggers, causing it to earthbend itself as it is a Forest due to Ashaya.
3. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Toph
4. When Toph dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
5. When Toph enters, its earthbend ability triggers, causing it to earthbend itself as it is a Forest due to Ashaya.
6. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability.
7. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop leverages Ashaya, Soul of the Wild to turn Toph, the Blind Bandit into a Forest land in addition to her creature types, meaning her own earthbending trigger can target herself. Because Toph is returned to the battlefield tapped when she dies or is exiled due to that earthbend effect, she constantly resets her own entry and death cycle. You can feed this continuous loop directly into Goblin Bombardment, sacrificing Toph to churn out infinite damage and death triggers.
