How it works

1. Cast Earth Village Ruffians by paying its mana cost
2. When Earth Village Ruffians enters, its earthbend ability triggers, causing it to earthbend itself as it is a Forest due to Ashaya.
3. Activate Thermopod by sacrificing Earth Village Ruffians
4. When Earth Village Ruffians dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
5. When Earth Village Ruffians enters, its earthbend ability triggers, causing it to earthbend itself as it is a Forest due to Ashaya.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This loop relies on Ashaya, Soul of the Wild to transform all your nontoken creatures into Forest lands in addition to their other types, which cleverly turns Earth Village Ruffians into a land that can earthbend itself upon entering the battlefield. Once the Ruffians are on the board, you can use Thermopod to sacrifice them for red mana. Because Earth Village Ruffians returns itself to the battlefield tapped whenever it dies, its own death trigger loops it right back into play to endlessly repeat the process, fueling your mana pool while generating infinite sacrifices and landfall triggers.
