When Stalactite Dagger enters, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Shapeshifter creature token with changeling.
When the Shapeshifter enters, Haru triggers, earthbending Stalactite Dagger, as it's a land due to Toph.
Activate Need for Speed by sacrificing Stalactite Dagger.
When Stalactite Dagger dies, Haru triggers, returning Stalactite Dagger from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 once.
Resolve the Need for Speed ability.
Repeat from step 4.
This clever loop turns your equipment suite into an engine by letting Toph, the First Metalbender redefine your noncreature artifacts as lands, which quietly sets the stage for everything else. When you cast Stalactite Dagger, its entry triggers the creation of a changeling token, which in turn causes Haru, Hidden Talent to earthbend the equipment itself into an animate land that keeps its artifact type. You can then feed that same Stalactite Dagger to Need for Speed to grant haste, triggering its death and immediate return thanks to Toph's continuous land-returining clause. Because the newly returned Stalactite Dagger drops back onto the battlefield to restart the process, you get an endlessly repeating cycle of sacrifices, enters-the-battlefield effects, and landfall triggers.
