How it works

1. Cast Invasion of Arcavios by paying 3.
2. Tidespout Tyrant triggers, returning a permanent to its owner's hand.
3. When Invasion of Arcavios enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Nexus of Fate from your graveyard to your hand, or searching your library for Nexus of Fate and putting it into your hand, if needed.
4. Cast Nexus of Fate by paying 5.
5. Tidespout Tyrant triggers, returning Invasion of Arcavios to your hand from the battlefield.
6. Resolve Nexus of Fate, causing you to take an extra turn after this one and shuffle it into your library.
7. Repeat each turn.

This delightfully labyrinthine loop gives you complete control of the game by chaining endless extra turns. With Tidespout Tyrant anchoring the board with its triggered ability to bounce permanents whenever any spell is cast, you can continually replay your key pieces without fear of interruption. By casting Invasion of Arcavios, you fetch Nexus of Fate to your hand, and when you subsequently cast Nexus of Fate, the Tyrant's trigger bounces the Invasion back to your hand so it can be replayed to grab the Nexus all over again. Because Nexus of Fate conveniently shuffles itself back into your library upon resolution, this self-sustaining engine feeds into itself indefinitely, securing infinite turns and absolute victory.
