How it works

1. Cast Invasion of Arcavios by paying 3.
2. Tidespout Tyrant triggers, returning a permanent to its owner's hand.
3. When Invasion of Arcavios enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard to your hand, or searching your library for Capture of Jingzhou and putting it into your hand, if needed.
4. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying 3.
5. Tidespout Tyrant triggers, returning Invasion of Arcavios to your hand from the battlefield.
6. Resolve Capture of Jingzhou, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
7. Repeat each turn.

This loop turns the battlefield into your personal revolving door by using Tidespout Tyrant to bounce your own permanents back to your hand every time you cast a spell. With that mechanical engine running, you cast Invasion of Arcavios to fetch Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard or library, which triggers Tidespout Tyrant to bounce the Siege right back to your hand. You then cast Capture of Jingzhou to take an extra turn, triggering Tidespout Tyrant once more to return Invasion of Arcavios to your hand so you can replay it on your next turn and repeat the entire sequence indefinitely.
