How it works

1. Put a +1/+1 counter on Basking Broodscale.
2. Basking Broodscale triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token.
3. Activate the Eldrazi Spawn by sacrificing it, adding C.
4. When the Eldrazi Spawn dies, Tarrian's Soulcleaver triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Basking Broodscale.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This loop sets up a perpetual motion machine by turning the death of an Eldrazi Spawn token directly back into the fuel needed to create the next one. Basking Broodscale provides the engine, using its adapt ability to start the chain and its triggered ability to churn out tokens whenever it receives a +1/+1 counter. Meanwhile, Tarrian's Soulcleaver watches the graveyard; whenever you sacrifice that freshly made token for colorless mana, the Equipment's passive trigger instantly rewards you by slapping another +1/+1 counter right back onto Basking Broodscale. Because this counter placement immediately restarts the cycle, you can repeat the process as many times as you like to generate infinite colorless mana alongside an endless storm of creature deaths and enters-the-battlefield triggers.
