Obeka, Splitter of Seconds

How it works

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Obeka.
2. Obeka triggers, causing you to get that many upkeep steps after this one.
3. Move to your first upkeep step.
4. Azor's Elocutors triggers, putting a filibuster counter on it and causing you to win the game if it has five or more filibuster counters on it.
5. Repeat from step 3 for each remaining upkeep step as needed.
