Infinite artifact tokensInfinite +1/+1 counters on certain creaturesInfinite Clue tokensInfinite creature tokensInfinite creature ETBInfinite surveil
How it works
Put a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control.
Moss-Pit Skeleton triggers, putting itself on top of your library.
Chalk Outline and Insidious Roots trigger.
Resolve the Chalk Outline trigger, creating a 2/2 Detective creature token and a Clue token.
When the Detective enters the battlefield, Snarling Gorehound triggers, causing you to surveil 1, putting Moss-Pit Skeleton into your graveyard from the top of your library.
Resolve the Insidious Roots trigger, creating a 0/1 Plant creature token, then putting a +1/+1 counter on each Plant you control.
Moss-Pit Skeleton and Snarling Gorehound trigger.
Resolve the Snarling Gorehound trigger, causing you to surveil 1.
Resolve the Moss-Pit Skeleton trigger, putting it on top of your library.
Repeat from step 3.
This clever loop transforms a single +1/+1 counter into a self-sustaining engine of creation and card manipulation, beautifully anchored by Moss-Pit Skeleton returning itself to the top of your library whenever counters land on your creatures. Chalk Outline and Insidious Roots feed off that creature card leaving the graveyard, pumping out a flurry of Detective tokens, Clue tokens, and Plant tokens that can even tap for mana thanks to Insidious Roots' static ability. Meanwhile, Snarling Gorehound acts as the crucial sorting mechanism, using its menace-granting presence to trigger a surveil 1 whenever those low-power tokens enter the battlefield, seamlessly sliding Moss-Pit Skeleton right back into the graveyard to restart the cycle.
