How it works

1. Activate Bloom Tender by tapping it, adding at least 3.
2. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Bloom Tender.
3. Repeat from step 2.

This clever engine transforms Bloom Tender into a self-sustaining mana-producing machine by rewriting the very nature of your creatures with Biotransference. Because Biotransference makes your creature spells and permanents into artifacts, Bloom Tender gains the artifact creature subtype, allowing Voltaic Construct's ability to target and untap it. With Bloom Tender tapping to generate at least three mana and Voltaic Construct untapping it for a cost of two, you continuously net positive mana with every cycle to generate infinite colored mana.
