How it works

1. Activate Gumato by tapping it, adding
2. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Gumato.
3. Repeat

This clever loop turns Gumato into an infinite green mana engine by taking full advantage of the type-altering magic of Biotransference. Because Biotransference makes Gumato an artifact creature in addition to its other types, it becomes a valid target for Voltaic Construct's untap ability. You simply tap Gumato to generate three green mana, spend two of that mana to activate Voltaic Construct and untap Gumato, and pocket the leftover profit to repeat the process as many times as you desire.
