How it works

1. Gain life in any way.
2. Heroic Feast triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth.
3. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token that enters the battlefield as an artifact due to Biotransference.
4. Pactdoll Terror triggers, causing you to gain life.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop transforms a simple lifegain event into a self-sustaining engine by tying together life and counters. Heroic Feast acts as the catalyst, turning any initial lifegain into a +1/+1 counter for Herd Baloth, which in turn spawns a creature token. Thanks to Biotransference, that newly spawned creature enters as an artifact, immediately triggering Pactdoll Terror to drain your opponents and restore your life total. Because that life gain feeds right back into Heroic Feast, the cycle endlessly repeats, burying the board in infinite tokens and counters.
