How it works

1. Cast Cauldron Familiar by paying .
2. When Cauldron Familiar enters, it and Weapons Manufacturing trigger.
3. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
4. Resolve the Weapons Manufacturing trigger, creating a Munitions artifact token.
5. Activate Thermopod by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar.
6. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing the Munitions, as it is a Food due to Ragost.
7. The Munitions triggers, dealing 2 damage to any target.
8. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
9. Repeat from step 2.

This intricate loop turns a simple cat into a relentless engine of destruction by turning every moving part into a Food. Biotransference redefines your creatures as artifacts, allowing Weapons Manufacturing to churn out Munitions tokens whenever your recursive pieces enter the field. Thanks to Ragost, Deft Gastronaut, all of your artifacts—including those Munitions tokens—gain the Food subtype, meaning they can be happily munched on to bring Cauldron Familiar back from the graveyard. Finally, Thermopod lets you sacrifice the cat for red mana while also satisfying the life-gain condition needed to untap Ragost at the end step, sealing a devastating cycle of endless drain, damage, and artifact triggers.
