How it works

  1. Cast Hidden Strings with any targets.
  2. Pay R mana and tap the creature enchanted with Dual Casting to copy Hidden Strings, targeting the creature enchanted with Dual Casting and a permanent that can tap for R mana.
  3. Twinning Staff triggers, creating a copy of Hidden Strings.
  4. The copy targets at least the permanent.
  5. Allow the first copy of Hidden Strings to resolve.
  6. Tap the permanent for R mana.
  7. Repeat steps 2-6.
