How it works

1. Donate Blightbeetle to an opponent
2. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing the undying creature.
3. When the undying creature dies, its undying ability triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield without a +1/+1 counter on it due to Blightbeetle.
4. Resolve the Umbral Collar Zealot ability.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop leverages Blightbeetle's passive ability—which prevents your opponents' creatures from ever receiving +1/+1 counters—to completely subvert the safety valve built into undying creatures. While Iroh, Tea Master sets up the board by gifting permanents and creating Ally tokens, it is Umbral Collar Zealot that provides the sacrificial engine to continuously feed your creatures into the graveyard. Because Blightbeetle strips away the counters that would normally lock an undying creature out of returning, your sacrificed creature loops endlessly, generating infinite death triggers, sacrifice triggers, and surveil value.
