How it works
- Activate Zombie Infestation by discarding two cards, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token and a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
- Activate Thermopod twice by sacrificing the Zombie and Soldier.
- When the Zombie and Soldier die, Dragon Appeasement triggers twice, causing you to draw two cards.
- Repeat.
This clever engine converts your hand straight into a flurry of tokens and cards, fueled by Zombie Infestation's ability to discard two cards to create a 2/2 Zombie creature token. Thanks to Queen Allenal of Ruadach's replacement effect, that single activation actually yields an extra 1/1 white Soldier creature token alongside the Zombie. You then feed both newly minted tokens directly to Thermopod, sacrificing them to generate two red mana. Each sacrifice triggers Dragon Appeasement twice, allowing you to draw two cards to replace the ones you discarded, letting you loop the entire process as much as you like.
