How it works

1. Activate Zombie Infestation by discarding two cards, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token and a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
2. Activate Altar of Dementia twice by sacrificing the Zombie and Soldier.
3. When the Zombie and Soldier die, Dragon Appeasement triggers twice, causing you to draw two cards.
4. Resolve both Altar of Dementia abilities.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns your hand into a self-sustaining engine of death and mill. By spending cards to activate Zombie Infestation, you trigger Queen Allenal of Ruadach's replacement effect to flood the board with both a Zombie token and an extra Soldier token. Altar of Dementia happily turns those fresh sacrifices into targeted mill, which in turn causes Dragon Appeasement to draw you right back into the cards you need to keep discarding—and since Dragon Appeasement lets you draw whenever a creature is sacrificed, your freshly milled fodder immediately replaces itself.
