How it works
- Activate Zombie Infestation by discarding two cards, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token and a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
- Activate Shilgengar twice by sacrificing the Zombie and Soldier.
- When the Zombie and Soldier die, Tresserhorn's Lord triggers twice, causing you to draw two cards.
- Resolve both Shilgengar abilities.
- Repeat.

By cycling through your deck to discard cards for more Zombies, you can keep the loop endlessly spinning, churning out near-infinite resources and tokens until you're ready to use Shilgengar's massive six-Blood reanimation ability to sweep your graveyard clean.
