How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Brotherhood Outcast.
2. When Brotherhood Outcast dies, Fungal Fortitude triggers, returning Brotherhood Outcast from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. When Brotherhood Outcast enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Fungal Fortitude from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to Brotherhood Outcast.
4. Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Fungal Fortitude to keep recycling Brotherhood Outcast whenever it hits the graveyard, while Phantom Train provides a reliable outlet to sacrifice Brotherhood Outcast over and over again. As Brotherhood Outcast continually enters and leaves the battlefield, its enter-the-battlefield trigger grabs Fungal Fortitude right back out of the graveyard to reattach it, sustaining the endless cycle. Meanwhile, each iteration feeds Phantom Train with a steady stream of sacrifices, stacking up infinite +1/+1 counters on it along with an infinite storm of creature deaths, enters-the-battlefield events, and leaves-the-battlefield triggers.
