How it works

1. Activate Warrior en-Kor's first ability by paying 0, targeting Daru Spiritualist.
2. Daru Spiritualist triggers, causing itself to get +0/+2 until end of turn.
3. Resolve the Warrior en-Kor ability, causing the next one damage dealt to Warrior en-Kor this turn to be dealt to Daru Spiritualist instead.
4. Repeat an arbitrarily large number of times.
5. Activate Miren's second ability by paying 3, tapping it and sacrificing Daru Spiritualist, causing you to gain life equal to Daru Spiritualist's toughness.

This clever setup relies on the elegant synergy between Warrior en-Kor and Daru Spiritualist to pump a single Cleric to astronomical heights without spending any mana. By repeatedly targeting Daru Spiritualist with Warrior en-Kor's free activation, its ability triggers over and over, stacking up a massive, arbitrary amount of toughness. Once your creature's stats are thoroughly alchemized, you simply feed it to Miren, the Moaning Well, cashing in that accumulated toughness for a game-winning mountain of life.
