How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Monoskelion, adding CC.
2. When Monoskelion dies, its undying ability triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield with two +1/+1 counters on it.
3. Activate Monoskelion twice by paying 2 and removing two +1/+1 counters from it, dealing 2 damage to any target.
4. Repeat.

This loop turns a humble construct into an infinite engine of destruction by layering a clever stat interaction over a classic sacrifice outlet. Mikaeus, the Unhallowed provides the crucial static buff and undying ability that resurrects Monoskelion whenever it hits the graveyard, returning it with a counter to offset the one it starts with. Ashnod's Altar converts that endless cycle of life and death into a surplus of colorless mana, which then fuels Monoskelion's own activated ability to spray damage across any target until the table is clear.
