How it works
- Gain life.
- Heroic Feast triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Basking Broodscale
- Basking Broodscale triggers, creating a creature token.
- When the creature token enters the battlefield, Case of the Uneaten Feast triggers, causing you to gain life.
- Repeat from step 2.

Placing a counter on Basking Broodscale triggers its adaptive trigger to spit out an Eldrazi Spawn token, whose entry into the battlefield immediately feeds Case of the Uneaten Feast to grant you more life.
