  2. Activate Bösium Strip by paying 3 and tapping it, allowing you to cast instant and sorcery spells from your graveyard this turn.
  3. Cast Mind Games by paying U mana, targeting Gilded Lotus.
  4. Orvar's first ability triggers, creating a token copy of Gilded Lotus.
  5. Resolve Mind Games, tapping Gilded Lotus.
  6. Activate the Gilded Lotus token by tapping it, adding U manaU manaU mana.
  7. Cast Mind Games from your graveyard with buyback by paying 2U manaU mana, targeting Gilded Lotus.
  8. Orvar's first ability triggers, creating a token copy of Gilded Lotus.
  9. Resolve Mind Games, tapping Gilded Lotus and returning Mind Games to your hand.
  10. Activate the Gilded Lotus token by tapping it, adding U manaU manaU mana.
  11. Repeat from step 3.
  12. Once you have infinite mana, you may instead target any other applicable permanent.

This loop relies on Orvar, the All-Form to turn a simple targeting spell into an engine for replication. By using Mind Games to target Gilded Lotus—which can be cast from your graveyard thanks to Bösium Strip—Orvar creates a permanent token copy of the Lotus every time the spell is cast. Since the Gilded Lotus token generates three mana while Mind Games only costs three to cast with buyback (or two from the graveyard), the loop quickly spins out of control, generating infinite mana and an army of artifact tokens along the way.
