How it works

1. Cast Whim of Volrath with buyback by paying 2, targeting Dockside Extortionist.
2. Orvar's first ability triggers, creating a token copy of Dockside Extortionist.
3. The token Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, creating at least four Treasure tokens.
4. Resolve Whim of Volrath, changing nothing and returning it to your hand.
5. Activate three Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 2.
6. Repeat.
7. Once you have infinite mana, you can target any permanents you control in step 1 to create infinite token copies of them.
