How it works
- Activate Mite Overseer by paying 3W/P, creating two creature tokens.
- When the creature tokens enter the battlefield, Soul's Attendant triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life.
- Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the creature tokens, adding CCCC.
- Repeat.
This loop sets up an incredible token-generating engine by using Mite Overseer's ability, which is discounted or fueled by life payments, alongside Quina, Qu Gourmet to multiply every creation event into both a Phyrexian Mite and a Frog token. As these multiple bodies flood the board, Soul's Attendant capitalizes on the constant arrivals by steadily padding your life total. Finally, Ashnod's Altar converts those fresh sacrifices back into a surplus of colorless mana, more than paying to repeat the process indefinitely while racking up infinite sacrifices, triggers, and counters.
