How it works

1. Activate Nardole by tapping it, adding at least six that can only be spent to cast noncreature spells.
2. Cast Capsize with buyback by paying 4.
3. Chakram Retriever triggers, untapping Nardole.
4. Resolve Capsize, returning target permanent to its owner's hand and returning Capsize to your hand.
5. Repeat.
6. You may also repeat this loop during each of your turns.

This brilliant loop transforms Nardole, Resourceful Cyborg into a massive blue mana engine, provided you have at least six counters fueling its tap ability. By casting Capsize with its buyback cost paid, you trigger Chakram Retriever's passive ability to untap Nardole every single time a spell leaves your hand on your turn. Because Capsize bounces itself right back to your hand upon resolution, you can endlessly repeat the process to lock your opponents out of the game entirely.
