How it works

1. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing another nonland creature you control.
2. When the creature dies, Beifong's Bounty Hunters triggers, earthbending a land.
3. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
4. Activate Shilgengar by sacrificing the land.
5. When the land dies, Beifong's Bounty Hunters triggers, returning the land from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
6. When the land enters, Dragonback Assault triggers, creating a creature token.
7. Resolve the Shilgengar ability.
8. Repeat.

This loop turns Shilgengar, Sire of Famine into an engine for recycling your lands by using Beifong's Bounty Hunters to animate a land into a resilient creature that returns whenever it dies. When that land-creature is sacrificed, Beifong's Bounty Hunters brings it straight back to the battlefield, triggering Dragonback Assault's landfall ability to continuously generate fresh 4/4 red Dragon tokens to sacrifice. Shilgengar happily converts each sacrificed creature and land into Blood tokens, which can eventually fund its massive resurrection ability to bring back every creature card from your graveyard.
