How it works

1. Activate Faeburrow Elder by tapping it, adding at least 3
2. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Faeburrow Elder.
3. Repeat

This clever loop starts by turning Faeburrow Elder into an artifact creature using Transmogrifying Licid, seamlessly bridging the gap between our mana producer and our untapper. Once the Elder is an artifact creature, Voltaic Construct can target and untap it for the cost of just two mana. Because Faeburrow Elder's tap ability yields enough mana to cover the Construct's activation cost and then some, you can repeat this cycle endlessly to generate a massive surplus of colored mana.
