When Gruul Turf dies, Toph, Hardheaded Teach triggers, returning Gruul Turf from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
When Gruul Turf enters, it triggers, returning the artifact cast in step 1 from the battlefield to your hand, as it's a land due to Toph, the First Metalbender.
Resolve the Viscera Seer ability
Repeat.
This clever loop transforms a humble zero-mana artifact into an infinite engine by leveraging Toph, the First Metalbender to turn your noncreature artifacts into lands. Once the artifact enters the battlefield, Toph, Hardheaded Teacher triggers its earthbend ability on Gruul Turf, which has been recast or manipulated into position to fuel the loop. You then sacrifice Gruul Turf to Viscera Seer, whose sacrifice outlet enables you to trigger Toph, Hardheaded Teacher's safety-net return trigger. Finally, when Gruul Turf enters the battlefield from your graveyard, its own bounce ability targets your original artifact, picking it back up so you can replay it and repeat the entire sequence for endless sacrifices, scrys, and storm count.
