Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Gruul Turf.
When Gruul Turf dies, Toph, Hardheaded Teach triggers, returning Gruul Turf from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
When Gruul Turf enters, it triggers, returning the artifact cast in step 1 from the battlefield to your hand, as it's a land due to Toph, the First Metalbender.
Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability
Repeat.
This ingenious loop uses Toph, the First Metalbender to fundamentally rewrite the rules of your board, turning every nontoken artifact you control into a land. With that foundation set, you can cast a zero-mana artifact to trigger Toph, Hardheaded Teacher, which earthbends your Gruul Turf into a creature. You then feed that animated land to Goblin Bombardment for a quick point of damage; thanks to Toph, the First Metalbender's continuous type-changing effect, when Gruul Turf hits the graveyard, Toph, Hardheaded Teacher's earthbend return clause triggers to bounce the Turf right back to the battlefield tapped. That new land entry immediately forces Gruul Turf's own bounce ability to return your original zero-mana artifact back to your hand, ready to be recast and repeat the entire cycle for infinite damage, deaths, and landfall triggers.
