How it works

1. Cast Shrieking Drake by paying .
2. Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and put Gruul Turf from your hand onto the battlefield.
3. Gruul Turf enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Nissa.
4. Resolve the Nissa trigger, adding .
5. Resolve the Gruul Turf trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop sets up an engine powered by Chulane, Teller of Tales, who rewards every creature you cast by letting you draw a card and instantly drop a land onto the battlefield. By deploying Shrieking Drake, you trigger Chulane to cheat Gruul Turf into play, which conveniently bounces itself back to your hand while fueling Nissa, Resurgent Animist with a steady stream of landfall triggers and mana.
