How it works

1. Cast Shrieking Drake by paying .
2. Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and put Gruul Turf from your hand onto the battlefield.
3. Gruul Turf enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Lotus Cobra.
4. Resolve the Lotus Cobra trigger, adding .
5. Resolve the Gruul Turf trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Repeat.

This delightful loop transforms a simple one-mana creature into an engine for endless card draw and mana generation. By casting Shrieking Drake, you trigger Chulane, Teller of Tales to not only draw you a card but also slam Gruul Turf directly onto the battlefield. That bouncing land then triggers Lotus Cobra for a steady stream of mana while picking itself back up to hand, and the Drake's own entry trigger bounces itself right back to your hand so you can cast it all over again.
