How it works

1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing a nontoken Forest, which is a creature due to Ambush Commander.
2. When the Forest dies, Yedora triggers, returning the Forest from your graveyard to the battlefield face down as a Forest land.
3. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop transforms your own lands into a perpetual sacrifice engine by layering static abilities to rewrite the rules of the battlefield. Ambush Commander acts as the crucial bridge, turning every Forest you control into a living 1/1 Elf creature alongside its land status. Once those lands are creatures, Carrion Feeder can effortlessly devour them for a +1/+1 counter, sending them to the graveyard where Yedora, Grave Gardener instantly resurrects them face down as brand-new Forest lands ready to repeat the cycle.
