How it works

1. Activate Thermopod's second ability by sacrificing a nontoken Forest, which is a creature due to Ambush Commander, adding .
2. When the Forest dies, Yedora triggers, returning the Forest from your graveyard to the battlefield face down as a Forest land.
3. Repeat.

This loop turns your mana base into a self-sustaining engine by layering static abilities and sacrifice outlets together. Ambush Commander plays the crucial role of animating all your lands into 1/1 green Elf creatures, allowing them to be fed directly into Thermopod to generate infinite red mana. When those land-creatures perish, Yedora, Grave Gardener instantly resurrects them face down as vanilla Forest lands. Because they enter as Forests, Ambush Commander immediately turns them back into creatures ready to be sacrificed again, establishing a seamless cycle of infinite deaths, enters-the-battlefield triggers, and mana production.
