How it works

1. Activate the Forest by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Kamahl's first ability by paying , causing the Forest to become a 1/1 creature until end of turn.
3. Activate Zuran Orb by sacrificing the Forest.
4. When the Forest dies, Yedora triggers, returning the Forest land from your graveyard to the battlefield face down as a Forest land.
5. Resolve the Zuran Orb ability, causing you to gain 2 life.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the cycle of life and death into a perpetual motion machine by turning a basic land into a creature that can endlessly sacrifice itself. Thanks to Yedora, Grave Gardener, any nontoken creature that dies immediately returns to the battlefield face down as a new Forest land, effectively bypassing the graveyard. You then animate that very same land using Kamahl, Fist of Krosa, turning it back into a 1/1 creature so it's vulnerable once more. Finally, Zuran Orb provides the necessary sacrifice outlet to send the land-creature packing while padding your life total in the process, allowing you to feed the loop as many times as you desire for endless triggers.
