How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Ruthless Ripper, adding one mana of any color.
2. When Ruthless Ripper dies, Yedora triggers, returning Ruthless Ripper from your graveyard to the battlefield face down as a Forest land.
3. Activate Ruthless Ripper's morph ability by revealing a black card from your hand, turning it face up.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Phyrexian Altar into a self-sustaining engine by utilizing Yedora, Grave Gardener to rescue your sacrificed creatures from the graveyard as freshly minted Forest lands. Because Ruthless Ripper returns to the battlefield face down, it can immediately be turned face up again using its morph ability by revealing a black card from your hand. This cycle of sacrificing, returning, and flipping lets you repeatedly trigger its ability to drain your opponents' life totals dry while generating an infinite supply of colored mana.
