How it works

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Nantuko Vigilante, adding CC.
  2. When Nantuko Vigilante dies, Yedora triggers, returning Nantuko Vigilante from your graveyard to the battlefield face down as a Forest land.
  3. Activate Nantuko Vigilante by tapping it, adding G mana.
  4. Activate Nantuko Vigilante's morph ability by paying 1G mana, turning it face up.
  5. Nantuko Vigilante triggers, targeting any artifact and/or enchantment.
  6. Holding priority, repeat from step 1.
  7. Resolve all Nantuko Vigilante triggers, destroying any number of artifacts and/or enchantments.

This clever loop relies on Yedora, Grave Gardener turning your fallen creatures into basic Forest lands whenever they die, effectively resetting them on the battlefield face down. By sacrificing Nantuko Vigilante to Ashnod's Altar, you generate the colorless mana needed to pay for its own morph ability, allowing you to continually flip the Vigilante back face up. Because Yedora treats the returned creature as a land that can still be turned face up using its morph cost, you can cycle this sequence infinitely. The result is an engine that not only floods your mana pool with colorless energy and triggers endless deaths and landfalls, but also lets you pick apart every single artifact and enchantment your opponents control.
