How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Proteus Machine.
2. When Proteus Machine dies, Yedora triggers, returning Proteus Machine to the battlefield face down as a Forest land.
3. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
4. Activate Proteus Machine by tapping it, adding .
5. Activate Proteus Machine's morph ability by paying 0, turning it face up.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms Proteus Machine into a self-sustaining engine by abusing Yedora, Grave Gardener's ability to recycle dead creatures into face-down Forests. Once Proteus Machine hits the graveyard, Yedora brings it right back as a land, allowing you to tap the newly minted Forest for green mana to pay for Proteus Machine's free {0} morph cost. Finally, Goblin Bombardment provides the sacrificial outlet that turns this continuous cycle of dying and morphing back up into an endless stream of damage to close out the game.
