How it works

1. Activate Chameleon using Avatar Kuruk's ability by paying 20 minus 1 for each creature and/or artifact you can tap while activating it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Activate Fortune's saddle ability by tapping Chameleon, causing Fortune to become saddled until end of turn.
3. Declare Fortune as an attacker. At end of combat, Fortune triggers, blinking it and Chameleon. Choose to have Chameleon enter the battlefield as a copy of Avatar Kuruk.
4. Repeat each turn.

This clever loop relies on copying the legendary powerhouse Avatar Kuruk (the back face of The Legend of Kuruk) using Chameleon, Master of Disguise, giving you access to its devastating Waterbend exhaust ability without needing to hardcast the saga. By tapping down your board to pay that massive mana cost, you secure an extra turn while setting up Fortune, Loyal Steed to blink the Chameleon at the end of combat. Because Fortune's blink resets the copying process, the Chameleon re-enters as a fresh copy of Avatar Kuruk every single turn, letting you endlessly repeat the process for infinite turns and total control.
