How it works

1. Activate Pili-Pala using Paradise Mantle's ability by tapping it, adding two mana of any one color.
2. Activate Pili-Pala's other ability by paying 2 and untapping it, adding two mana of any one color.
3. Repeat.

This clever loop hinges on the mana-doubling power of Mana Reflection, transforming standard taps into a windfall. With Cryptolith Rite granting every creature the ability to tap for any color of mana, Pili-Pala can tap itself to generate two mana instead of one. You then feed that exact mana right back into Pili-Pala's own untap ability, which, thanks again to Mana Reflection, leaves you with a surplus of infinite colored mana each cycle.
