How it works

1. Activate Pili-Pala using Paradise Mantle's ability by tapping it, adding two mana of any one color.
2. Activate Pili-Pala's other ability by paying 2 and untapping it, adding two mana of any one color.
3. Repeat.

This clever engine turns Pili-Pala into a self-sustaining mana battery by using Paradise Mantle to grant it the ability to tap for mana. Normally, untapping Pili-Pala with its own ability costs two mana while only generating one, leaving you short on the exchange. However, the presence of Mana Reflection doubles every single unit of mana produced along the way, turning each tap and untap cycle into a net gain of two mana. By continually tapping and untapping the scarecrow in a loop, you effortlessly scale up to infinite colored mana to fund any spell or ability you desire.
