How it works

1. Draw a card.
2. Starving Revenant and Stark's Ingenuity trigger for each card drawn.
3. Resolve all Starving Revenant triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life for each trigger.
4. Resolve the first Stark's Ingenuity trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Fetid Gargantua.
5. Fetid Gargantua triggers, causing you to draw two cards and lose 2 life.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This clever synergy turns a single card draw into an explosive, self-sustaining engine. Stark's Ingenuity enchants Fetid Gargantua to watch over your hand, automatically dropping a +1/+1 counter onto it whenever you draw a card. That counter placement triggers Fetid Gargantua's ability to draw two more cards, which in turn feeds right back into Stark's Ingenuity to keep the loop going. Meanwhile, Starving Revenant sits back with its Descend 8 ability, cashing in on every single one of those generated card draws to slowly drain your opponent's life total while padding your own.
