How it works

1. Activate Unnatural Selection by paying 1, causing Magmaw to become a Pirate until end of turn.
2. Activate Kaya's second loyalty ability by removing two loyalty counters from it, causing you to double any tokens you create this turn.
3. Activate Magmaw by paying 1 and sacrificing another nonland permanent, dealing 1 damage to an opponent.
4. Malcolm triggers, creating two Treasure tokens.
5. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This clever engine hinges on turning Magmaw into an honorary Pirate with Unnatural Selection, allowing its activated ability to ping an opponent and trigger Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator for a steady stream of loot. Because Kaya, Geist Hunter's minus ability doubles the resulting artifact tokens, every sacrifice yields a net gain of two Treasures instead of one. You can then crack those Treasures for mana to fuel Magmaw's sacrifice cost and repeat the entire loop endlessly for a game-winning burn.
